Evening all. New hub 4 arrived and all plugged in properly. It’s now been flashing on and off for over 2 hours now. Tried switching it off and on again, then the reset button but no luck. Rang the activation number and it says they are unable to activate it.
Waited on the phone for over 45 mins before giving up.

I can see you've spoke to the team since posting and we did book an engineer visit. You've then cancelled the visit so I do hope everything has been resolved without the need for a visit.
