I had a new VM connection installed at my house and it has never worked. The technician left without doing a check.
When I attempt to connect, I get a message in my Hub3 : Internet(Access denied)
All connections appear to be secure, and router has been restarted multiple times.
Desperately need a connection.
I did call Activation, they said all looks fine from their side.
puzzling thing is I was using the same Hub3 router in my old house just fine. So I doubt it’s a router issue.
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Really sorry that you've had some issues trying to get your new hub connected, we will feed it back that it was not checked before the engineer left.
As its been a short while since you posted how have things been? Are you able to connect to any device at all?
