I’m trying to reconfigure my router settings, mainly the wireless as my speeds were only 50mb but ok via Ethernet. The connection isn’t the issue but while it was a bit flakey for the first few days it improved.
The issue is I can’t get the reset on the back of the hub 3 to work properly, probably because of it getting a bit warm. It has worked after about 6 attempts but this isn’t normal surely.
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your HUB/Landline looked into, sometimes after a HUB change it can take sometime for them to connect up again, seen as it has been a few days since you last posted can I ask if this has now been resolved?
If not then please let me know and we can continue to to troubleshoot 🙂
