Hub 3 flashing green

Used QuickStart to set up my hub 3.0 however all the lights flashed green and then red and then turned off. The bottom led has been flashing green for over 24hrs and there is no internet. I rang VM but the best advice I got was to unplug which didn’t work. Any help please!

If you haven't managed to get hub3 to connect still, has your hub been activated at all?
Ring 0800 9539500 to activate,account No plus area ref to hand may be required.
