Hi,
When I ordered my broadband package I was offered a QuickStart setup, but it turns out we don't have the right Virgin media socket in the house. We only have the Open reach Master socket 5C.
When I tried to call the number 03454541111 It did not allow me to book an engineer visit. What should I do ?

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

We can see you have spoken to the team since posting and a visit has been arranged. You can view here via the MyVM app. If there are any issues with the date or time please let me know and we can look to alter this to something more suitable.
Please be aware that any changes would result in a delay to the visit as this was the earliest available, there also needs to be someone over the age of 18 in the property at the time of the visit.
