Anyone know how we can actually get hold of Virgin Media to get broadband installed? We had it booked for 25/9 but the engineers didn't turn up until 1.5 hours after they were supposed to be here (1-6pm) and we weren't home and we had no call during the day to say they would be late. We also tried for hours to get hold of someone but they make it almost impossible.
They said they would come back the next afternoon but didn't turn up or contact us. We have tried the chat, raising a complaint and the phone but can't get through to anyone at all to get this sorted. Complete radio silence.
Is it better to just cancel and go with someone else?
