At first I accepted the Hub 5 offer and Yodel will deliver the parcel in the next two weeks. I have received Yodel's text message and got the tracking order as well.
But after reading the forum, I changed my mind.
So what should I do so that Virgin does not send the parcel anymore? Can a phone call solve this?
Sensible decision. But don't worry. If they send it by Yodel it probably won't arrive anyway.

I am sorry you've changed your mind about the Hub 5, is there any reason at all or any questions I can answer to help you with it?
If you are wanting to not use it, please just reject the delivery of the router and it'll be auto sent back to us.
