House appears in system as two flats

I am moving and would like to use Virgin broadband. The house I am moving to shows up in the system as two flats rather than the whole house. How do I get this fixed so I can proceed with signing up?

I can possibly help you with this, he should be a straightforward fix. Have you spoken to the house move team? Or is this a new account you’re looking to set up.

Why is that a problem? if the house is no longer two flats no problem and if the house is still two flats still no problem.😋
