I am moving and would like to use Virgin broadband. The house I am moving to shows up in the system as two flats rather than the whole house. How do I get this fixed so I can proceed with signing up?

Why is that a problem? if the house is no longer two flats no problem and if the house is still two flats still no problem.😋
