I ordered my Virgin QuickStart kit on Friday last week, went through the credit check, received my contract paperwork, all good. I then got an email thanking me for my order, that my QuickStart kit was being prepared and would be with me soon. I was given a delivery date of 12/07/22 and told to look out for an email confirming my delivery date.
It's now the 13th, the router did not arrive yesterday, and I haven't had any further communications from Virgin to say that the kit has even been shipped? Is this a common occurrence?
Ideally, we need my router ASAP as I've just moved house and my partner works from home.
