We have had a hub 5 installed yesterday. The phone service is ok for outgoing calls but inbound calls when answered are dropped as soon as the phone is unanswered. The caller sometimes gets the message. This number is currently unavailable please try later or send a text - actually to be more accurate they hear the message if the phone is answered quickly, if it has been ringing for 3 or more cycles the line just drops after being answered.
outgoing fine, inbound doesn’t work
can someone help?

It is a known issue that the team are investigating, we don't have an estimated fix time at the moment but are working hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

There have been a couple of posts on the forum saying the issue has been fixed. You might need to reboot your hub first though.
