Green box knocked over

Hello

A truck took out the green box in our street and we have all lost service.

Can you give a ETA on when its going to be fixed, the guy on the phone said he was going to email us a date but it never came through and I don't fancy waiting on hold to find out.

Will we receive compensation for the time we are without service?
