Front garden works - cable needs burying

AdeK

Hi,

I'm looking to dig up and put plants in my front garden which is currently gravelled over, however on raking back the gravel and lifting the weed mat the VM cable is there on the surface underneath and not in a duct!

So, can I duct the cable and bury it myself or do VM have to do this?

If VM need to do this, can I tell them where to bury the cable?

Don't really want to accidentally stick a spade through the cable!

I do have photos but they're too big to upload here.

Thanks

TBH it would be best done by yourself if you are prepared to do it.

Hi AdeK,

Thank you for your post.

We can arrange for the team to do this - it would be a £25 charge due to this being none fault related. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

Cheers,

Ryan.

Hi Ryan - please arrange for a team to come and bury the cable.

Many thanks

Hi AdeK
