Flashing blue light after services restored

Hi guys,

ive recently been away and didnt keep up with the montly bills for my package, i returned a few days ago to clear the outstanding balance and have been told my restrictions that were put into place for the above reason have been removed and i should have my services back up and running. ive contacted VM multiple times over the day today to try and resolve this and spent the usual 20minutes on call to a CS to run through the mind numbing procedures which i had already taken upon myself to try anyway.

long story short, i have no broadband still, one flashing blue light on a super hub 5 and a long call history to the support number.

has anyone got any next steps i can take to try and get this back up and running asap without the tactic of trying to book a engineer conisering the issue is more likely to be digital/reinstating a connection rather then a hardware issue.

thanks!

You'd better check your credit score. Virginmedia register a default if bills aren't paid.
