I received my router today, I made the activation call, connected everything and my router has ONE HOUR flashing green, nothing more .... we started badly ...
The correct process is to have all equipment connected and powered on and then call the activation line. 0800 953 9500.

It's better to activate first as this registers the device(s) with the account, so they should immediately get a connection once hooked up. In this case call VM to check that the activation worked.
