My toddler accidently managed to break the famale connector where white coaxial cable goes into wifi hub.
I tired contacted someone from Virgin Media but got no help.
Just wondering how long it takes for the replacement hub to come through?
Can you use spare VM hub in the mean time?
Try contacting customer services again and no you cannot use another hub as only the current one is registered to your account.
