Our broadband was connected on Friday, it seems to work ok but I've noticed that the external wall box has a solid green light (probably good) and a blinking red light (possibly bad?) visible through the cover when it is dark. Is this normal...?
PS The engineer left his tools behind but I can't get through to anyone sensible to arrange a collection (the WhatsApp chat just said to dispose of them...)
