Exposed cable

Hi - the hedge outside our property has recently been cut back as part of a local pavement widening exercise which has exposed our cable as a possible trip hazard. I think this may therefore now require some remedial work by Virgin to re-bury or move it (see pic below)? To the right you can just see the uncovered inner edge of the pavement so it looks to be quite a way out now. Thank-you.
