Exposed VM Cable Angry Neighbours

Our VM Cable is exposed and trailing through our neighbours garden. We had a guy come out to bury it but our neighbours want it removing from their garden completely and put through ours. The VM guy told us he would need to bring in a construction team but I haven't heard from him again since August.

Finding it tricky to get in touch with someone to help us.
