Error on new v6 box

V6 box stopped loading at 33% and then getting an error s102. This box has never been used before I read it has to be activated but nobody available when I call support!

a ‘tech person’ had previously responded and asked me to send a pm but I don’t know how to send a pm to a tech ID 

Can anyone help?

Morning,
You can send a text message to 07533051809 with your account number, area code, the serial number of the box and request an activation HIT to be sent to the box and someone will help you. Make sure the box is switched off before you send the text and only turn it back on once you receive confirmation.
To send a PM you can hover the cursor over a user’s id and select send message from the pop up window.

Hi,

The service has been set up due to the increase in demand as our call centres are experiencing high call volumes. Sending a text will get it resolved for you, however it may take a few hours.

I sent the text yesterdAy....24 hours on and Nobody has contacted me.
