Error code S102

New TiVo box delivered last weekend to replace broken old v box. Tried setting up many times only to get error S102 can’t upload channels.

Have now spent over  2 hours holding on virgin help line on 3 occasions without anyone answering my call! No other help available to fix the issue on line and completely fed up with VM service.

Any suggestions on other ways to fix this or get through to anyone at VM, if in fact anyone exists at all!

Hi as this was a new box did you phone the activation number 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of the box to hand. Regards Micky
