Hi team,
I have just subscribed to Virgin Media, but I'm not able to sign in online? I keep getting the error code DEF01, I have seen other users complain about this but cannot see a resolution posted? Could someone contact me to help set up my account please?
I have tried clearing by browser data already and that hasn't worked.
