I have ordered my broadband first time on 15/06/22 with engineer visit set up on 22/06/22 and I havent yet received anything since then. I have both contacted via whatsapp and phone and no body even located my order.
I have ordered again the same order with different price and again no body can locate my order. I have received precontract and emails at the beginning for both orders with references but no one even locate it.
I have searched online and it seems this is a typical virgin media issue but I would like to know is my broadband set up or not? Can you please help me asap
