Just moved into a new apartment, had a timeslot booked from 1pm-6pm yesterday on Friday for an engineer to come install home broadband. In the whole time, no one showed up with not a single email or text message of explanation why.
Looks like lots of other people had the same problem. The complete lack of communication from VM is appalling, I haven't received anything about rescheduling or even an explanation for the delay, just complete radio silence.
