I have an engineer coming tomorrow and I'm not sure why? can you confirm why he is coming as i was not expecting one as the last didn't find any fault and just left.

It could be a local noise ingress problem and they are checking all users on the same street box. If you need an answer you will have to phone customer services as a VM staff member will not get to your post for 2 or 3 days.

No I cancelled it but you can look into the charge on my account for homework's which I never knew about or agreed to and was done without my permission.
