Delayed delivery

Hi, I moved into my new house today, yesterday I ordered my virgin media package where it stated quick start delivery of equipment of the 1st of July, which would be perfect.

However today they email me saying it won't be until the 26th of July. Which is just insane, almost 4 weeks without an Internet connection is just not realistic in this modern working from home environment.

Is this normal for virgin media because so far its not leaving me with a good impression
