Hi Hoping someone from Virgin can help me next door neighbour has a contractor out and he has cut through our underground cable.
Been in touch by phone to tell them about this and the first available slot is December....I thought she was joking come on someone from Virgin please help.....Steve

We would always give the next available appointment out for these types of job.
Sometimes we do get cancellations and these would be sent by SMS but these are on a first come base.
