Hi all, I recently have ordered virgin broadband self install. Unfortunately since then I have found out that one of the outside cables has been cut and there is no broadband socket within the house. I have been told that an engineer will be arriving on the 24th of November. I have received a text message to confirm this but on the myvirgin app under appointments there is nothing listed is this correct. Cheers Paul.
