Change of delivery address

Hi, 

I recently ordered a student broadband package and need the address that the physical package is sent to changing. I was told the only address it could be delivered to was the one at which it would be used but that this could be changed after the order by messaging on the live chat. I have since tried to message on the live chat to no avail, have tried to ring and have sent an SMS and received no answer. I also still haven’t been sent an account number despite placing the order last week so can’t log in to my account. Any help would be much appreciated as I need the delivery address changed ASAP as I aren’t currently living at the address the package is going to. Thanks
