My account has been cancelled, I do not understand why at this point, i live in a new block of flats so there are no previous people living here. When i go on my account it says my account has been deactivated/cancelled so i cannot see my service status, bills or anything.
I have contacted CC on the phone 4 times since last friday and each time they say they have sent in a reactivation form and it will be sorted in 48 hours. Its been well over 48 hours and nothing has be solved. I have no more minutes on my phone anymore because i have used up all 500 minutes phoning VM. What do i do? The last CC agent said they will phone me up on Sunday making sure it is working and they ensure "500%" that it will work, it does not, and they did not phone up.
At this point i feel like CC agents are useless.
Do i cancel my VM and go with another ISP?
Why are VM this useless?
