So Virgin made it virtually impossible to cancel the contract these days - hour long waits on the phone. The automated service said that I can get a text with a link to do the cancellation, but it just leads to a package change (very convenient!). How can I cancel the account?
I am a Virgin Media technician (71786) We are currently directing all customers with account queries to text 07533051809 with Your account number, area reference code and a small message explaining You want to cancel Your contract. Once the team gets to Your text message someone will be in touch.
