Can’t setup my new volt M500 package.

hi. My new volt M500 home setup box was delivered yesterday. 
I have come to setup the new cables from the box and they don’t match the incoming cables?. 
I’ve checked the box outside and it has been damaged(the box is hidden behind a bush so I have never noticed). Can this be repaired please.

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and ask for a tech installation.
