Hi
I've been trying to get VM Broadband since the cables were put into the main road outside my house. Most if not all of my neighbours have VM but I keep getting told I don't have any VM services in my area. I've tried phoning customer service but they just keep saying I don't have VM in my area or that they'll get someone to phone me back. I've also been told that a "Spotter" needs to come out to identify my property.
Any advice on how I can get this sorted?
