We are in a David Wilson home built 7 years ago. Changed from sky broadband to Virgin fibre but we do not have a Virgin box to plus cable into?! Only a media plate but we were informed we can have sky or Virgin?

Post up some photos of you "media plate" and the external "Omnibox" - usually a brown or white box affixed to your outside wall - it will have a cable coming out from it and entering your property from that.

Do any of you immediate neighbours have a VM connection/service?

Is it showing as available on the VM website - postcode/address checker ?
