I can’t buy a pass for London Underground anymore.
Tried both http://wifi.virginmedia.com when underground and http://wifipass.virginmedia.com when above and purchases fail after entering card details
been like this for over 10 days now…

yes, tried that. Logged in, chose a pass, entered payment info and the get the same Invalid Request page.
are you able to buy a pass?

Really poor from Virgin Media. If I can’t buy a pass it means nobody but Virgin Media, O2, EE and Three customers can.
This means tourists too!
Clearly an issue between Virgin Media and Barclaycard/Adyen.
Sort it out!

You guys must be losing quite a lot in revenue, it’s been almost 3 weeks now.
Not to mention the transaction fees that Barclays/Adyen is missing…
