Cable point upstairs for mini box.

Hi,

How do I go about getting an appointment to get someone to come and fit an extra cable point to attach a new mini box to?  It's directly above the existing point, but probably needs to go up the outside of the house.

If you are ordering Multiroom this should be a part of the install already (it should be a manned install automatically), & included in the charges.

If you have an existing second box that you want moved there is a £25 charge. Go through the same system as you do to report faults.

Alternatively, you can wait here for a Forum Team member to respond.
