Hello could I find out what the status is of a fault call (107332_11456) please? I was told someone would call me.

I'm sorry to hear you're affected by a fault. I've been able to locate your account using your forum details, just going through diagnostics- can you confirm if you have received a calling card quoting an RP block recently?
