Cabinet damage

Is this BT or Virgin? It looks like docsis cabling and not pairs which leads me to believe it’s VMs. It’s dangerous. No door, no equipment is mounted to the rack and it’s been used as a bin…last time they just taped the door on which you can clearly see in the pic. Can you come fix it properly this time please?

The number (automated) for reporting street box problems is 0330 333 0444 or use the “Webform”
