Sorry if I'm posting on the wrong board.
I live in a flat in a building that is meant to have Virgin Fibre installed. I've spoken to the management company and the landlord had given approval (wayleave) a year ago or more, but nothing has happened since, and I can't find out who to speak to. I've chased the management company and landlord to follow up but they don't seem to care.
Please help!

When entering my postcode into the postcode checker my address doesn't show up ☹️.
I've filled in the contact form on multiple occasions to speak to someone but have never been able to get in touch with anyone at Virgin.
