Just moved in and tried to set up my broadband - went to plug into the wall socket and it looks like there is something broken in the socket - how do I replace this?
remove the damaged isolator and use the connector above to allow the isolator cable to be screwed in - if the input cable is ok you then connect the hub and ring the activation line
a temp job until the tech can get there - you need to ring and book that or wait here for VM to book something
