Broken outside brown box

I have a broken brown box outside - it has fallen off and wires are exposed now ..can’t just go back on .

I'm sorry to hear your exterior box cover has been damaged and has fallen off. I'm going to send you a private message, so we can get somebody to come out and repair this.
