Just had installation done on Saturday the 19th of November. All was good until this morning, got up at 5am to discover a slow pulsing white light on my hub. Tried all the usual things it now has a red light that's stays on. Also went outside to see if the cables we're ok in the great box that is attached to my house, they all seem to be connected ok but seem to have just been connected and just thrown back in and not attached to the box inside. There is a led marked opt in that is flashing. I have attached pics. Can't get a technician to visit til Saturday so left without internet and most channels. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix or what the problem could be? I also have an error code CS9994.

No photo. Do you have an internal mains plug with a coax cable going to it? If so is it switched on ?

Looks like a problem outside the house maybe at the box down the road. Hoping the technician can sort that or will that be another team to do that?
Starting to wish I hadn't changed from sky already.
