Broadband Activation

Hi Virgin Community,

I just received my broadband kit today. I did my own assembling but it says to activate. It also says to activate to the message received from virgin. I have not received any message and when I try to call lines are closed. This is so un fair. Please help . Never expected this service From virgin media
