Both boxes not activated and now no WiFi

Got a new TiVo box yesterday afternoon as previous one had stopped working. New box arrived set it all up kept getting 7012 error message called and tried to active and turned box off and back on again same thing. The second box I have in the living room is now showing an error code and only showing limit channels. 

called virgin this morning as now I can’t use either box, the guy ran test and couldn’t get box to connect waiting for IT people to call me back.

as soon as come off the phone WiFi goes down. Tried all the usual tricks and nothing. No tv, no WiFi absolutely ridiculous!

can anybody on here please help and get me back up and running again?
