Bill Increase

Hi, My bill has just been increased and my contract changed (no additional services added or removed), even though I agreed to a fixed 18 month contract (10 months remaining). I've raised a complaint and spoken to customer services about the matter. I was assured it would be rectified but the website still has the increase and I have not received email confirmation of a resolution. Can anyone offer some advice please?

Re: Bill Increase

You have a 18m fixed discount something like this but that does not mean the actual bill will be fixed for duration of 18m.

Example package maybe £50 and you have £25 discount. VM will apply about 6% increase based on the orginal £50.

The contract has not changed.

Don't cry over Virgin price increase instead speak to retentions team and negotiate a better deal.
