Hi
Just move into a new house and received a new broadband installation kit today and having some issues after plugin the hub.
The base light keeps flashing green and no signal on the Internet light.
I can find my WiFi network and connect with it.
Please give me some advice to solve the issue.

It's possiblle that teh hub hasn't been activated yet.
Call the activation line on 0800 953 9500. You will need your account and area number, and the serial number of the hub 3

Have tried to call and successfully activated the services.
But it still keeps flashing till now (over 15 hours).

Hi again @Geee
If the internet is working then it usually means the hub needs a reboot.
Switch the hub’s power supply off at the wall, then switch it back on again. Once the power is on it can take 5–10 minutes for the Hub to start up. When it’s finished you should see the white power light is lit solidly.

Rebooted and reset the hub which still not working at all.
