I’m trying to set up my hub 3 replacement which has just arrived.
ive downloaded the App and it won’t let me do the home scan even though I’m connected to the WiFi, all non virgin boosters I have are unplugged.....
I get a message that says please connect to your hub or WiFi booster
it looks like you’re connected to a home network via an unrecognised access point
Go into the phone settings and 'Forget / Delete' the old Hub Wi-Fi names from the from the phone, reboot the phone and search the new names and connect to those.
