Activatuon failed on new equipment and to activate new package
I'm still struggling to activate my new tv package, it is still showing that it has not been set up properly and I can't contact anyone from the call centre. Almost been a week with no package and a lesser broadband when I'm paying for a bigger bundle. Please can someone help?!

Hi. I don't want to hijack your post but I am having exactly the same problem. Impossible to get through for help. I hope the months bill will be amended to reflect that we haven't had the services they are charging for.
