Hello,
I had my virgin self starter kit arrive on 10th December but due to a fibre wire being cut outside my house I cannot activate till the out side wire is fixed.
will I be billed from the 10th of December or when the wire is fixed and I can finally activate my account?

I can't imagine your billing will commence until you are actually connected. Or if you have prearranged a commencement date that coincides with your contract date?
But I'm sure one of our VIP's or Forum Team will be able to advise you further.

I have been given a date of the 29th ofwhen the outside wire is to be repaired and then the 31st of when an engineer will come in and install a wall socket - I am panicking as I just moved and all my work is from home- can I be confident this will happen?
