Activating account.

I have set up my equipment but I am not getting all of the channels I should be. I can’t get through to activate equipment because it keeps me on hold for hours and then cuts out.

What channels are you actually getting? If normal channels are coming through then the V6 is activated but the new channels haven,t been added yet. Call that in - 08.00 is the best time for getting through quickest.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

 

I am sorry for the delay and to hear of the issue you are experiencing. 

 

To activate your equipment, you would need to call our dedicated line on 0345 454 1111 / 150 and then select option 1, 3 and then 2. 

The process is predominately automated but this will complete the set up and provide you with the full service.
